How to use:
Use the spoolie to brush through brows. Outline the desire eyebrow shape and evenly fill in with the broader edge of the pencil. Use the slimmer sides and tip of the pencil to create hair-like strokes for a precise shape. Brush the texture of your hairs with the spoolie as desired.
